Assuming that if you were able to go back to that point in time and everything beyond that point happened in the exact same way with the exact same responses by you, yes.
There’s a word for that, “anemoia”.
Anemoia, if I’m not mistaken, is a feeling of nostalgia for something you haven’t experienced yourself. I think the OP is referring to themselves from the past?
Or there could be branching, and that person will become someone different.
You can also look at time like collection of snapshots, and that person won’t become anything else.
Every event is inevitable. If it wasn’t, it wouldn’t happen.
