I believe I’m on Day #12 of going through my four withdrawals (dramatic lowering of Guanfacine dosage; Zoloft instead of Lexapro; no more caffeine pills amounting to 1,000 mg, just tea and coffee every now and then; and recovering from overtaking vitamins for the past 1 or 2 years).

There does seem to be a marked improvement from, say, a week ago.

Oh damn hope you feel better. Honestly electrolytes rich diet & b12 will have you way higher energy than the caffeine pills after a while. Is it cool if I infodump about substances that revivify me? I wish you guys had tianeptine in your pharma system in the states

I am trying to not take B12, but maybe electrolytes are fine.

I probably have hypervitaminosis and have to dial down in the coming months.

Oh sorry I wasn’t thinking about the vitaminosis thing even tho you had just told me omg, I just feel a complete night and day difference in my personality when I eat 25-38g fiber, lots of fish for protein and omega 3s.In that case I will just say that you should watch your sodium and magnesium levels if you go any long periods without eating (I skip breakfast for metabolic reasons, so I take flavored electrolyte drinks I make, it’s easy)

YOU NEED POTASSIUM NOBODY IS GETTING ENOUGH POTASSIUM YOU HAVE TO MAKE THIS YOUR FIRST PRIORITY ACTUALLY MEASURE HOW MUCH IS IN YOUR FOOD TRUST ME YOU ARE DEFICIENT EVERYONE IS NOBODY LISTENS TO ME PLS

You can get it in citrate or chloride powder it’s suuuper cheap in bulk you can get a year’s supply for like $20

Incomplete list of supplements that flip me from wanting to laze around to wanting to clean and go running:

          • l-carnitine (good for muscle recovery and vegan diets, especially paired with carnosine, it’s much cheaper in powder than in meat of course)

          • beta alanine

          • betaine

          • citrulline malate (2 things but they come mixed)

          • l-arginine

          • taurine (very good for studying, has a calming and focusing effect)

          • l-theanine (same as above)

Idk what alpha gpc is or does but it also seems to help lol. If this seems like some brain force shit it isnt, you’d be surprised how far ahead I am of those chumps lol. I buy all this shit separately but you can prolly get it if you search “caffeine free preworkout”

I wish you could get tianeptine or racetams etc, come move across the pacific 😉

Also, not sure what betaine and beta alanine are for, but I am taking creatine still, just at a lower dosage.

I am not having more magnesium, I will say that much; I was overtaking it for two years or more.

Wowow I won’t pry but I’m curious what it was in as I wasn’t getting much turns out especially since what I was getting was magnesium oxide which allegedly absorbs inefficiently. I have neglected to buy powder for it so I have just been eating rich foods. Makes me sleep better

Protein fiber potassium and fish oil are like 40%, 50% is constitution e.g. sleep + exercise + posture + stress + lymph drainage + inflammation, 5% is these weird substances i imbibe which hopefully do not contain heavy metals, 5% is unknown. It’s just a baseline thing which makes any further medical treatment more accurate I don’t mean to present myself as a holistic healer. Also you in general want to eat lots of plants because of all their unknown special chemicals we all love plants don’t we folks
