Trump has said he will not be imposing tariffs that were scheduled to go into effect on 1 February.
In a post on Truth Social he said, based upon a “very productive meeting” with the Secretary General of Nato Mark Rutte they “have formed the framework of a future deal with respect to Greenland”.
He said: "This solution, if consummated, will be a great one for the United States of America, and all Nato Nations.
"Based upon this understanding, I will not be imposing the Tariffs that were scheduled to go into effect on February 1st. Additional discussions are being held concerning The Golden Dome as it pertains to Greenland.
“Further information will be made available as discussions progress. Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, and various others, as needed, will be responsible for the negotiations — They will report directly to me. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

where are they now?
DOJ is in contempt of congress, failing to meet last month’s deadline to release the files, some lawmakers are pushing for individuals responsible to be charged fines daily.
Some of them are also suing the DOJ, moving on from not only contempt of congress but in the future also contempt of court. Recently a Judge Paul A. Engelmayer declared that lawmakers have the right to sue to appoint a special counsel to ensure the release but that the suit cannot be appended to Maxwell’s criminal case, this decision could be appealed it only just happened.
They’re also caught up in civil suit by news organizations, including Radar Online, which also sued the government in 2017 for failing to release the files before the courts sealed them again.
The only items that are allowed to be redacted are information about Epstein’s victims and any current ongoing criminal investigation materials, meaning there will likely be some criminal charges over the redactions eventually but since Ro Khanna’s attempt to tie it into the Maxwell case failed there will be little consequence for the delayed release at this time.
