At the 1:10 mark you can really see how much she’s barely restraining herself from attacking him with the folder in her hand; she is really frustrated
I might be projecting a bit, but as someone with chronic anxiety, it looks more like a nervous tic to me. Reminds me of me when I’m getting especially anxious because of something someone is saying.
