    The issue is that people aren’t buying as many Volkswagens as before, so there’s no point in making as many. If you think this might be slightly problematic you are correct.

      No I get they are not selling but it’s not like these cars are artisanal and need 1000 workers to make each per day.

      I guess I have a hard time understanding that VW can fire 50,000 people (on top of the many thousands they have already laid off recently) and still have a functioning global business
