Slowly expand Israel into Gaza while integrating (some may say assimilating) residents to their new way of life. Will it be perfect? No, anyone who assumes that’s what I mean is not arguing in good faith. Will it solve the issue over time with minimal detriment to innocent people? Probably. But we’d have to put it to the test to see.

That’s really a decent solution, imo. Slowly expand Israel into Gaza while integrating (some may say assimilating) residents to their new way of life.
