You’re allowed to use it, but please fuck off, read the KDE Code of Conduct, and become a not-asshole before coming into community areas. Thanks in advance. Tok is not for hardcore OSS puritans, as it uses a propietary chat service. They may have more fun with NeoChat, which connects to free and open source servers.

Matrix.org chat apps have supported it for a while (and is “FOSS puritan” whatever that loaded crap means).
Uh… ok? Signal has been supporting e2e-encrypted chats since even earlier than matrix, and so have many other chat apps. But Tok is a Telegram client
