I don’t know exactly what Epicyon offers at this moment, but I find this project direction direction hugely interesting. From the website:

Promote ride shares or available accomodation without any unnecessary companies in the middle. Pool resources between trusted friends to build solidarity and have fun.

And in the article there’s mention of supporting the interoperability format of the Data Food Consortium. They want to go with open standards, which is great. In this gitbook the standard they use is documented: DFC Standard Documentation.
