At least they had a disclaimer most people wouldn’t even do that

How tf is that show still running? I remember watching it when it first came out and it was great until like season 3 when characters started making decisions solely so the show could have drama.
Did it get better?
Yes my biological instinct to survive will jump straight to the front of the line when it happens.
But it doesn’t change my mindset on this species needs to go. Just because that involves me changes nothing.
In America the supreme court has decided that you can dismiss customers based on religious beliefs.
Thanks gay wedding cakes.
This is actually what it is.
People always let puppies on their lap and the dog doesn’t understand why they’re suddenly not allowed in the lap it’s always been allowed in.
In fact most training is best done as a pup because that’s when they learn the best
Yeah I realized after I made the comment that this was based in the UK. That’s my bad. I don’t really have an excuse lmao
Do you not remember the protests for civil rights? The sit ins? The marches? The protests outside the white house?
Literally every part of what is protesting is based on disrupting everything for the average citizen so the govt is forced to make a change.
The point of protesting is to force action without violence. People blocking traffic or stopping people from entering certain businesses is exactly what protesting is.
Protesting isn’t just rallies where people come together to talk about what they all agree on. It’s actively forcing people to acknowledge the issue without resorting to violence.
Edit: I didn’t see this was a UK post which is my bad but it’s still relevant
The fact that the comment sections of these posts are always the same just shows how much oil propaganda has affected the situation.
That and people thinking protesting isn’t deliberately meant to disrupt the daily lives of people in an attempt to force them to acknowledge there’s a problem and do something about it.
By nature protests are supposed to be disruptive to the average person because it’s the average person that decides what policies and laws we have.
The problem is the average person is too stupid/ignorant/tired/lazy to realize this and just sees it as a personal attack and reacts with pure emotion.
My biggest gruff with Disney is them declaring the extended universe non canon just to cherry pick details from it while ignoring the most exciting lore and shit.
Like the whole palpatine returning thing happened in the EU but was done in a much better way. Different materials like beskar were more fleshed out.
Disney literally had thousands of stories to draw inspiration from and chose to just come up with bullshit over and over again.
Tbf it was third shift after the bars closed so. It was a wild experience.
As far as I’m aware they don’t even do thirds anymore they stopped during the pandemic. At least the ones near me.
Had to unload a pistol I’d found in a box of potatoes at Taco Bell.
Witnessed a five man brawl at steak n shake
Had a girl puke up her Oreo mint shake all over the bathroom also at steak n shake
Food service is fuckin wild
The problem is modern people are in fact not smarter. We’re in fact doing the exact same thing we’ve always been doing
Ah the good ole days when children and infants were dying left and right, a splinter could mean a slow painful death by infection, and the local doctor prescribes drilling a hole in your head to release bad spirits
I just do my best to make everyone’s day a little bit worse ☺️
Ah fuck
Doesn’t help I can barely remember what day of the week it is
I guess my main point is “intent matters” doesn’t apply equally.
Common crime intent means nothing in most courts. Like in some states if you perform a crime and someone dies regardless of if you were involved with their death in anyway you’ll be charged with murder just for simply being there.
Meanwhile a corporation can poison it’s customers and because it wasn’t completely obviously intentional* they barely even get a fine.
*I say it that way because they know damn well what they’re doing and know that even if they get fined it’s cheaper to just pay the fine and keep breaking the law. Looking at you McDonald’s.
I remember when Hulu first came out and everyone kept telling me it was free. Then I’d try to watch something on it and it was only 15-30 second clips. Then I found out my friends were just stupid and didn’t realize they’re parents were paying for it
Why does his chest look like a sad dog
Yeah I’ll admit it. I hate religious people. Even the ones that don’t push these practices onto others.
It’s funny to me how the ones who fully follow their religious doctrine are called extremists when they’re actually the only ones actually following the written rules.
So you’re either aggressively trying to expand your influence on the world or your hypocritically cherry picking details to make you feel better about it.
Either way I’m sick of fucking hearing about it. Idgaf which sky daddy you pray to or believe is real. Idgaf about what your special book says you can or can’t do. Absolutely none of it holds any weight to me at all and it’s just modern barbarism using religious persecution as a shield to hide behind.
“They made fun of my religion 😭😭😭”
Yeah cause you just killed 3 women for not wearing the right piece of fuckin cloth on their heads.
