It needs an average gpu like an geforce 970. Then install sunshine and moonlite and connect to it. Its a software like remote desktop, but its so fast that you can play games, which is the original intend. But you can use it for Cad or other programs aswell, Iam still impressed that this works (and its open source)

You can boot windows of an usb stick. You can create that with rufus. I tried it out of curiosity and it actually works.

So do people forget their online passwords and methods to recover that said account? I dont like m$ and am using linux, but people loosing their passwords, being uninformed about their systems and dont so backups is not the direct fault of the operating system.

You also can deselect the os overall, you save even some more bucks doing this.

I know. Mint mostly stands for the cinnamon desktop. If you choose mint for another, you probably just can use the specific ubuntu spin or even debian itself.
