    Price should be normalised to median income. Also why is it median price for buying, but average price for renting?

    Surprised about Austria’s rental prices compared to Germany. For the longest time renting in Vienna was very affordable, has it gone up so much in recent years? Berlin used to be decent as well (higher than Vienna though) but that seems to have changed around the pandemic.

      I assume it’s worse in cities than rural. Young people are more likely to be in cities and more likely to be lower paid at that point in their career.

      Like, some of the cheaper countries are also the ones which are crowded and from location, seems likely they would be of poorer quality too.

      Stats like this are helpful but don’t paint the whole picture.

        Ya, why is this bot around? Is there anyway for the instance to block these things if they’re malicious? Even if the posts seem random, a slight statistical skew could be used as an attack vector on a community.
