Aren’t the devs of Ungoogled Chromium adamant that removing all Google telemetry is like whack a mole, and they’re never sure if they’ve gotten all of it?
Honestly, I don’t know, but I have noticed that Ungoogled Chromium is lighter, safer and faster than Chrome and Vivaldi. That’s why I use it as a secondary web browser. Still, I only use it for sites that work only with Chromium. Normally I use Firefox Nightly (it’s the one that works best on my PC).

Safer? How can you tell?
They add flags to improve security and privacy that are not in Chromium, they use features added by other Chromium forks (like Iridium Browser) that are focused on privacy, they also avoid any external connection and it is extremely lightweight (because they remove all Google components).
