Patients are gonna be thrilled when the startup goes out of business and the stuff inside their heads ends up being unsupported. This already happened with vision implants earlier. This is just another example of how insane the idea of for profit healthcare is. Things like these should be developed at state level and their service should be guaranteed for the lifetime of the patient.
I’m still not implanting anything that I don’t require to live, even if it is state supported. Possibly especially if it is state supported.
State supported healthcare sure has a better track record than the alternatives.

If the global neural network has https issues, mass spamming, phishing and scam letters, plus downvote brigading, I’m a little bit worried.
What one knows all other know, spamming others is like spamming yourself, same with the other things, with this system don’t make sense. No more lies and secrets, everyone has the knowledge of al the humanity, but it will kill individuality.
