Not Safe For Work does not equal porn. It can be about any topic that is not safe for work. On Mastodon the sensitive hide option is actually often also used for selfies with eye contact which - without cover - is considered unpleasant by several people. I do not like it as well, and I am happy with the hide sensitive option. I am not sure how the NSFW tag for Lemmy works, I’ve never tried it.
