I am using Zathura practically exclusively, and I have been really content with what I get. I usually just want something to view the document (nothing fancy or feature-heavy), which can be easily controlled (of course, without the mouse). Zathura makes exactly this for me. I do not see any reason to switch to anything else for now.

I really hate the block selection
Love it for quick reading and it support eBook too (with the right packages)
That is right, the selection is done really strangely.
