Apparently I am financially able to pay someone else’s mortgage but I am not allowed to have my own.

I have the fairphone 4 and have had no issues. As long as a fairphone exists I don’t see any reason I should switch.

Gen x absolutely were parents at the beginning of the internet. The earlier gen X were in their 20’s when the world wide web was demonstrated so were the parents of the first children who were born into it.
