I assume RP is raspberry pi? That’s a single board computer. Arduino is a microprocessor.

Please tell me ESP32 with python is still a good option or did they get bought out too?

Stupid title made it sound like Ukraine made the offer.

The problem is I fundamentally do not understand how Lemmy works, so I just picked what seemed obvious. Like why wouldn’t I want the world.
Also I thought from just reading sub-Lemmies? that .ml was the crap hole.
Also, I looked up Chud and that’s really mean.

Well fortunately for you, I don’t know what that means.

You know what would be really cool? If I could just ask AI to turn off the AI in my browser. Now that would be cool.

No body guards? How would someone even get this close (didn’t see the video)?

I wonder why they banned them. Were a lot of children eating then? What do you do if you need a small powerful magnet?

I think the post actually stated ‘banned’, not band.
And actually it’s auto correct that will be the end of us.

Who says humans are evil BY DEFAULT?
I think humans are shit. I think a very few are strongly evil. I mean someone came up with the idea and others actually boiled people alive. That ain’t good. The ones doing the boiling would probably not have done so without the ones who thought it up, but does that make them good by default? Also I think given the opportunity to take a million of someone else’s dollars there is a much larger portion of the population that would do it than thinking up tortures. So what’s the definition? How far do you have to go to be evil? How much do you have to resist to be good?
NOTE: I’m using good and evil as a catch-all term for what you said.

Yeah, I was wondering if there was enough content on Nebula to make it worthwhile to pay. A lot of my favorite channels do this and it’s getting old. I understand this is how they make money, but that doesn’t mean I’m obligated to watch it. I can just move along.
Ok, but my point is that, if you want them to switch to Linux and because you like it and seem to hate Windows, I think that’s a reasonable assumption, treating them poorly will not make that better for anyone. They won’t want to put forth the effort and as a primarily Windows user and having tried Linux on many occasions, I can say it can be a daunting task especially when you need to use the command line. In the past I can honestly say that I have had a lot of help from very knowledgeable and friendly Linux users. But please don’t deny that Linux users aren’t just a little bit elitist.
In fact I can already picture the current Linux community complaining about the state of Linux if it were to skyrocket in popularity. Suddenly it would be like, all these stupid Windows users coming to Linux, ruining the experience. Companies trying to profit off of it. I liked it better when it was a small community.
And that’s why they don’t switch to Linux.
Can you elaborate a bit. I don’t understand the connection between the undersized Windows partition and the problem with a distro. Also is the fix to manually increase the size of that partition?
So should bitlocker be disabled?
Thanks. You rock!
This was my concern. So if I boot into Windows and it does a mandatory update, currently, it can’t effect the Linux install if it’s on a different physical drive? Do I have that correct?
Thank you. Using Linux to surf the net and Windows to game and use Fusion 360, would be ideal. Maybe over time I could drop Windows 11 altogether.
This allows me to keep my old windows 10 machine for all the things I do now. I could just take it offline since most of the stuff I use it for doesn’t require Internet connection.
Nice! Thank you.
