Thank you so much I just learned about this. Exactly I sleep twice a day ~2.5 hrs each, but can never sleep more than 3 hrs at once.
However, in the same article they point that Irrelgular Sleep Wake rhythem is a disorder. I have the worst memory for someone in his 40s. you have no idea how I’m so afraid of dementia at later age of my life.
Just wanted to thank you again for letting me know about this. I will have to do more research before I decide to medicate myself.
No lie I really suffer from this same sleep condition. I sleep 4 hrs per day only. My body can never sleep longer than 2-3 hrs max without waking up; After 6 hrs then I may feel headache and sleep another 1-2 hrs again. and this’s been aging my health badly.
I’ve been going like this for almost 20 yrs now; before that I used to abuse combinations of amphetamine/zolpidem-based drugs which helped me stay up/sleep.

Imagine going to court for some case and finding out your judge was an AI software. Now imagine that it would also execute you and your whole family just because they were in the same house with you without jury or human input.
Plantir and Microsoft technology were used to choose targets (with freaking AI) to guide the missiles and directly bomb and kill thousands of innocent civilians.
They are still actively not doing anything to stop the aiding and enbling of genocide, why would they send armed peacekeeper troops to stop it?
The West, mainly: The US, UK, Canada, and Germany wont stop sending bombs and military parts. They even fund the genocide out their own country’s taxes.
Economic and oil sanctions alone would stop it. Stopping sending military gear would stop it. Stopping Microsoft and Boeing alone would stop it.
Brown and Arab American lives don’t count when Israelis kill them. We’ve seen this when Israel killed Shareen Abuaqlah, who was a Christian American journalist but was Arab unfortunately.
