7·3 years agoI think they may go the MCU way this time and start working up with D Listers. If you can make Blue Beetle or Lobo or whatever unknowns work in a good movie, the. You get half a decade before the big hitters reappear and are anticipated.
Just put the A team on the animated series who seem to be doing a better job

2·3 years agoIt’s a contemplative movie about a guy and him never having met his father, having a child of his own and traveling across a destroyed world and seeing how the survivors cope.
The sci fi stuff is just a layer over it, if they can make the themes and symbolism work

2·3 years agoAgainst the Storm just hit 1.0, it’s pretty amazing to see a game come out fully formed unlike some AAA titles. It’s not genre defining but pretty unique, the same vein as Frostpunk and Banished but with an overworld and a WC3 aesthetic
Re4 had quite good audio design, the shots sounded incredible
Playing it now, great game, but not indie apparently

Kingdom Come 2 kinda does that for me, it’s more of a medieval rather than fantasy setting but I get flashbacks to Skyrim because of the melee combat. It’s also funny as shit
