    I know it might sound silly, but going to sauna regularly might help. Even though I had above 30 degress in the room I didn’t feel it much. The way I see it, the body tolerance for heat has increased thanks to high temperatures in sauna.

    The fun stuf is that It works both ways - heat resistance works thanks to sauna and cold resistance works thanks to cold water bathing.
