If you’re a Nevernude and you go to the Nevernude congress, wouldn’t you also accept people who aren’t Nevernudes, if they adhere to your rules and don’t say anything against Nevernudes?

In my opinion it would certainly be better to be inclusive like that than to have people who aren’t Nevernudes pose as Nevernudes to be able to listen in.

It’s always like “spot the fed” or “Among Us”, minorities always want to expose the wolves in sheep’s clothing, even if they did never eat any sheep. Why is that?

Maybe because the purpose of such communities isn’t outreach, but meant for people with something in common to exchange experiences, seek validation and find comfort, and/or solidarity. Something that might otherwise be lacking in their every day life. They might not wish to spend time and energy explaining these things to people who are different, which they may find themselves doing too much already.

hmm maybe because historically and currently minorities are often excluded from accessing basic human rights? They have a right to be mad and deny people space in their own safe area so they don’t have to defend their existance.

alternatively, there will ALWAYS be exclusion, just as there will be inclusion. You need both in your life because there are benefits and drawbacks to them both.

Anyways, there isn’t a lack of spaces where minorities ask and welcome those into their spaces, just not all of it. You don’t need to be part of everything, I’d think that this would be a welcomed thought since you don’t have to worry about stepping on eggshells then.

I always think that to create an independent space, first you need full isolation until it is finished, in order to avoid external influence that you cannot filter.

Once it is finished, you can focus on filter and open the space to the world.
