Hmm i wonder which mail provider will protonmail suggest…
That’s like asking a drug dealer who they think the best dealer in town is.
It’s not a very hard guess.
Gee I wonder who it is… Does it rhyme with NeutronMail?
Some associations and cooperatives offer email accounts as a free trial. If you live in France, you can get almost all your Internet services provided by associations/cooperatives: https://chatons.org/. This has the benefit of you being a “member” and not “customer”/“client” of the organisation, but this means you have to pay a yearly subscription
In Germany, there’s hostsharing.de for example. It’s quite expensive but top of the line privacy and data safety and sexurity. They only use FOSS tools and you can decide by vote which path they take.
Temporary Mail is a solution that permits the individual to receive mail at a short-lived address. This can be utilized for privacy, or equally as a short-term mail address. This permits receiving mail at a temporary mail without any price. The main benefit of the service is that it’s 100% complimentary, so everyone has an opportunity to utilize. here is the address: https://tempeemail.com/
I use https://www.tempemailco.com, they are the fastest [https://www.tempemailco.com](temp mail) I have used.
I use https://tempmailo.com/ for these purposes. They change domains frequently, emails come relatively quickly.
I used to use this tempmailto.com
Gmail and google are evil, completely anti-privacy services.
Putting crypto ontop of a service like that, is like putting a band-aid over a fart… doesn’t fix the core issue.
