Their TOS and privacy policy looks confusing (in German, another link to it gives a 404 error), and there is mention of Google Analytics usage, but maybe they are still working on the site ?

Thanks, but no. As I said in other occasions, FOSS isn’t necesarly sinonym of privacy nor security.
