    I have TOR downloaded and may still have TAILS on a USB, but never really used them - maybe 3 times… But, if I am in the USA and want to take one of the Udemy courses, can I use TOR to bypass the geographical restriction? I know that some sites filter out such activity. Youtube, for examples, can.

      I imagine “some sites” do it because dishonest people try to use it to get things they’re not entitled to.
