Pretend you meet a random person and they tell you they use cryptocurrency. What’s your opinion on that person based off that statement alone?

    As someone who used to use cryptocurrency, almost nobody uses cryptocurrency.

    Then how did Bitcoin get popular?

    My girlfriend works for a crypto exchange, and nobody in her company uses cryptocurrency.

    • What about the other people? (Buyers and sellers)

      Speculation and money laundering is what made Bitcoin popular. Everyone who has used it knows that it is highly impractical as an actual payment method.
