From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word “Linux” in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

I keep forgetting about Budgie. I wonder why it is not more popular.
It was the first DE I installed on my first arch install
why do you not use it?
Honestly, I think I just forget about it. I have never evaluated it and I’m too comfortable with GNOME. I may try it some day, though, it does look nice.
Never had anything standout I guess. But it will likely become far more interesting once they switch to efl
Budgie seems to upgrade to a speed I can manage.
Speed may change now though, idk
