What do you all think the best strategy is? I’m kind of in the Uncle Fester/Strike camp where if enough people can produce their own it’s an impossible war for the man top win so eventually they’ll give in.

Selling it legally and cheaply though well regulated pharmacies.
And provide good and free support for victims of substance abuse.
Alcohol has been shown time and time again to be the deadliest drug, and it’s not just sold freely to all adults, not drinking is seen as abnormal. But god forbid you eat the wrong mushroom or smoke the wrong leaf because the State will utterly destroy your life.
Can’t regulate a product if it’s illegal. Should legalise hard drugs so they can be taxed and regulated heavily and build up a strong support system for addicts instead of jailing them for free labour
I, for one, believe that any drug or substance that work on central nervous system should be properly regulated, most of which should only allowed as prescribed medications.

What should happen to people who obtain it illegally? What if they get addicted?
Rehabs. Also find out who sold it to them and put these drug dealers behind bars.
Yeah but what if the person doesn’t want to go to rehab? It’s difficult to figure out who deals drugs, many low level drug dealers are users themselves.
Rehabs should be and in fact is mandatory in a lot of countries. To my knowledge, most drugs can be easily traced with some sort of chemical method. It’s only a matter of time before law enforcement narrow it down to the drug dealers. Though admittedly this would cost a ton and can be really difficult in countries like, no offense intended here, Mexico.
