Funny that this is even a case. As far as I’m concerned, you can ask me to do whatever you want (look at your ads), and I can say no (block ads). These advertisers think they own the internet and anything against their wishes seems to constitute litigation.
Hopefully just a taste of the many bitter pills to come for big corp’s, as people start to reject the BS that’s been getting rammed down our throats for far too long.
Because they’re trying to find any way whatsoever to get rid of AdBlock Plus. They’re not looking for justice, they want an unjust decision in their favor.

This is a question because capitalism gets supported by the institutions and legal machinery. Beyond a point though, things have to be stopped.

The right to privacy and security, and with this ad/trackerblocker, is a basic right and prevails over the particular economic interests of a few.
