Youtube will try to force a sign in otherwise which is bad for privacy.
invidious can’t do it sometimes.
replacing ‘https://www.youtube.com’ with these sometimes work:

I use yewtu.be and never get asked for age as i do in YouTube.
But yewtu.be doesn’t let you download anymore

Making a token account for it works, except in countries where they require ID.
Or you may try odysee.com there’s no age restrictions, and many creators are moving there.
bonus: they don’t censor free speech like youtube
