Make sure to have within your community a general doctor, and a bunch of trades like woodworking, plumber, welder, electrician and such. Become trustworthy within your community.

Build mutual aid networks where you live. The chuds stacking guns and food buckets and expecting to survive alone will be the first ones rotating on a spit. Bonus: MA doubles as strike support for when you get sick of your boss.

Ideally: Topple your government and become a based degrowth socialist society that also invest into adaptation

More realistically: Learn, exercise and grow your network of likeminded family and friends so you have a community to fall back on if times get tough.
