You think is Facebook trying to just wash their hands as Facebook itself will become part of a bigger conglomerate created by themselves?

    Don’t really see a reason too. Idk if it’s just a way to confuse the boomers or if there is an actual reason in the legal sense.

    Yes, its like sending an old lady to beauty center, she looks good, but till full of health issues. only they people who don`t understand how bad is facbook as corporate will see this is a good thing.

    They’ve likely been laying the groundwork for years, but the timing is certain to meet the expectations of cynics - after all, changing the company name after a scandal is the oldest trick in the book.

    This simple rebranding will likely ease a lot of the public pressure on Facebook.

    Just Alphabet/Google all over again. It’s the first step in becoming an even bigger giant conglomerate. It’s just growth of the corporate cancer.

    the bigger story here is… will they also ditch the “blue” theme with the arrival of the new logo? You can bet your ass they will.
