Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•I know I sound like an incel, but is there any race that biracial women go with besides always being with white guys?
1·19 days agoIsn’t a larger proportion of the fathers of these women white men? It is pretty understandable.
A successful woman (who evidently has a high viewership on TikTok) likely had a father who ticked all the boxes. He could be a father of any race - I’ve met them all - but I’m assuming statistically due to economics and power (USA/Europe/Australia, etc.) there are quite a few white fathers of biracial women.
A woman making a preference for a type, or the personality (this is also cultural, I won’t say racial) of one of her parents who were her safe haven, nurtured her, and pushed her forward is of course, natural.
What about flatpaks though? Or you’re talking actual builds?

1·25 days agoI guess that means steam support doesn’t end up being general Linux support.
To be fair more clothes weigh you down and produce more drag and potential for entanglement so it would be fair for the lifeguards to not deal with that.
Seems they don’t want anyone wearing too much clothing in the pool.

1·26 days agoWhile Valve only officially supports 3 devices, it is possible to install its image on any PC (or just run Steam on Linux). But quite a few Steam users don’t realise that.

7·26 days agoI don’t know what mouse you are using but my Logitech mouse has both the dongle and Bluetooth connectivity. The dongle is straight up connected as long as its plugged in.

I use gnome on my laptop and stuff like scaling worked on several projectors in the school. Webcam (Lenovo) works, I think I recall it didn’t work on another distro.
KDE no problem on desktop with monitor and projector plugged in. Panels etc customisable on both screens (I also make it look like gnome ha).
How on earth would someone in the US be making $2.13 an hour?

Totally got the reference, nice.
