I’m in love with System76 hardware. Look at the overall design. It’s just beautiful. Enjoy!

Thanks! I got a Meerkat, too. You can kinda see it in the upper left corner of the pic.

Is this the in-house design they’ve been planning, or just a Clevo laptop?

Nice. I got the Galago Pro earlier this year and have had no regrets. There were some firmware bugs at first but they’ve been resolved.

Looks great, could you post a picture of it booted up and booted into firmware?

They make great machines. I have the Gazelle 17 Pro. Love that machine for work and gaming. My wife is ordering the Pangolin now.

How’s does the build feel? Is it solid? How are the hinges, etc?

I have no issues with it. Seems sturdy. I like the keyboard and trackpad, too.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).

Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word “Linux” in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.
