    App: AntennaPod

I mostly listen to German podcasts, so my recommendations will probably not be of any value to you - but Chaosradio by the German CCC is quite entertaining.

      +1 AntennaPod. Great FOSS app.

For recommendations, I only listen to two tech/opensource podcasts but I like them both a lot

Darknet Diaries. It’s about hacks and cyber security, especially cyber security fuckups.

This Week in Linux. Weekly news show about what’s going on in the Linux/FOSS world.

Another antenna pod user checking in!

For me, it’s ‘almost’ perfect and after adjusting some of the settings, I can’t imagine ever needing to use another podcast app.

I like to listen to the Privacy, Security and OSINT show.

I’d like to throw Tsacdop into the mix, if you’re not already content with AntennaPod anyway.

Also, you might wanna look at this Lemmy community: !podcasts@lemmy.ml

I had to get used to the layout but I like it. My only problem is that the search doesn’t work as i would like. Kinda bugy. Antenna pod looks good to. I will decide wish one I’ll have to stay with.

I use Pocket Casts as it syncs flawlessly across my iPhone, Android and web player. Can’t recommend podcast though as all mine are technology and security ones.

    AntenaPod. It’s just really good.

As for privacy/opensource podcasts, I only listen to a couple of Portuguese ones, so they are unlikely to be of interest to you :/
